Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor on compensation strategy for regional leadership and align with global frameworks.
  • Co-lead annual pay planning, market analysis, and regional/global initiatives.
  • Educate leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and compliance.
  • Support global compensation programs—base pay, incentive, equity—and ensure internal equity.
  • Design competitive regional sales compensation plans and incentive structures.
  • Build analytical models with Finance to simulate compensation scenarios.
