Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Learning & Development professional in a hybrid Warsaw-based role to support employees in Italy and Spain. You will coordinate training sessions, liaise with trainers and vendors, and maintain accurate learning data while collaborating with HRBPs, managers, and cross-region teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
• Interest and knowledge in Learning or HR Services.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities.
• Solid MS Office skills and customer focus.
• Experience in SSC/BPO environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Learning & Development activities for employees based in Italy and Spain.
• Coordinate logistics and administration of training sessions.
• Communicate with employees, trainers, external vendors, and other HR stakeholders.
• Cooperate with training offer owners and stakeholders.
• Participate in finance-related activities like purchase requests and cost charging per local procedures.
• Ensure correct data input in learning systems, process documentation and knowledge base.
• Respond to employee inquiries about learning and provide answers.
• Prepare reports and analyses of learning data.
• Deploy learning projects and programs.
