Job summary

Texmo Industries seeks a manager-level leader to drive deployment of the Texmo Business System (TBS) and Lean Six Sigma across the U.S. plant.

You will coach shop-floor and salaried teams, lead DMAIC projects and Kaizen events, and act as a change agent on the Gemba with a focus on cost, quality, and lead-time improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) or Green Belt minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy Lean Six Sigma practices across the U.S. plant to deliver operational excellence.
• Coach and build capability on DMAIC and Kaizen events; drive cost, quality, lead time improvements.
• Facilitate strategic planning (Hoshin Kanri) and promote TBS Lean House principles.
• Lead Breakthrough Kaizen events and sponsor cross‑functional teams to meet targets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
