Job summary

Moderna in Warsaw is expanding its global operations and seeking a skilled leader to own intelligent planning capabilities across our global network. You will translate complex needs into clear requirements and drive delivery with cross-functional teams, data governance, and scalable enablement.

As a senior contributor, you will lead the rollout of scenario planning, cross-site scheduling, and data quality, while advancing automation and AI-enabled decision support within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, planning systems or digital transformation.
• Experience with SAP planning or comparable enterprise planning systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Professional English and ability to collaborate across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the business roadmap and backlog for assigned intelligent planning capabilities.
• Translate planner and stakeholder needs into robust business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery across functions with milestones and decision points.
• Lead planning master-data quality improvements and governance.
• Develop the Planner Help Hub as a sustainable support channel.
• Drive rollout of Advanced Scenario Planning and cross-site scheduling.
• Shape Moderna’s cross-site scheduling strategy and ePPDS roadmap.
• Lead adoption, training, and change activities across the global remit.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and apply analytics.
• Track delivery and benefits using agreed measures.
