Job summary
Moderna is strengthening its Warsaw-based international business services hub and seeking a professional to advance our third-party cybersecurity risk management program. You will work with cross-functional teams in a regulated life sciences environment, ensuring risk-informed decisions for external ecosystems and secure adoption of innovative technologies, including AI-enabled services.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity risk management or related roles.
- Experience with third-party risk reviews and risk disposition.
- Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is required.
- Ability to communicate risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI to optimize risk analysis, documentation, or workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end third-party cybersecurity risk reviews from intake to governance reporting.
- Identify control gaps, residual risks, and remediation requirements.
- Support contract activities by reviewing cybersecurity addenda and control requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Procurement and business owners on risk decisions and obligations.
- Analyze risk trends across vendors, services, and AI capabilities.
- Maintain accurate third-party cybersecurity risk data for governance.
