Job summary

Moderna is expanding its international hubs, seeking a handson planner who will own the intelligent planning roadmap in Warsaw. You will translate business needs into robust requirements, partnering with Digital, SAP and Data teams to ensure the right capabilities align with the wider planning landscape.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and lead master-data initiatives while promoting sustainable adoption across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning, planning systems or related digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery without direct reporting lines.
• Strong communication and change-management skills with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the business roadmap and backlog for intelligent planning capabilities.
• Translate needs into requirements, designs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Digital, SAP and Data teams to assess options and fit.
• Drive delivery with milestones, owners, and dependencies across functions.
• Lead data quality improvements and governance for planning master data.
