Job summary

UST is seeking an Associate III - Lab Support to provide advanced hardware and software support for client validation laboratories. The role focuses on troubleshooting, infrastructure management, machine recovery, firmware handling, lab operations, and mentoring team members to ensure SLAs.

Responsibilities include server provisioning, firmware updates, BIOS config, inventory management, and developing procedures and guides for operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting for Client validation laboratories.
• Diagnose complex system failures using logs, firmware data, BMC/iLO info, dashboards, and procedures.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, storage, network, virtualization, and lab infra.
• Lead machine recovery, firmware customization, hardware upgrades, infra expansion, system qualification.
