Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Device Under Test (DUT) health and system status.
• Execute predefined recovery procedures for systems and test environments.
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Perform firmware flashing and hardware upgrades as needed.
• Assemble hardware components and replace faulty parts.
• Provision machines and prepare test environments for validation.
• Support rack installation, cable management, and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems.
• Assist with equipment movement, logistics, and lab organization.
• Verify machine health and escalate issues per procedures.
• Document recovery actions and maintain operational records.

• Monitor Device Under Test (DUT) health using Grafana, Zabbix, ELMO, and related monitoring tools.
• Execute predefined recovery procedures for systems and test environments.
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Perform firmware flashing activities using manual and automated methods.
• Assemble hardware components and replace faulty parts as required.
• Provision machines and prepare test environments for validation activities.
• Support rack installation, cable management, and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems.
• Assist with equipment movement, logistics, and lab organization.
• Verify machine health and elevate issues following established procedures.
• Document recovery actions and maintain operational records.
