State Street is seeking a KYC Lead Specialist to support AML/KYC processes for onboarding new clients and ongoing reviews. You will perform CIP/CDD/EDD, create KYC profiles, and screen against sanctions lists, sourcing documentation from regulatory and external sources.

The role involves collaboration with Front Office, ensuring timely compliance, and delivering high-quality KYC outcomes with a global reach. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering / know-your-customer regulations and processes.
• KYC process experience for different entity types would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
• Very good language skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Know Your Customer due diligence in line with AML Policies before account openings and on-going.
• Create KYC profiles in the system of record.
• Screen client names against sanctions lists.
• Source CDD documentation from regulatory and commercial sources.
• Collaborate with Front Office to obtain required CDD documentation.
