Job summary

State Street in Poland seeks a detail-oriented KYC professional to support AML/KYC processes for new onboarding, ongoing reviews, and high-risk cases. You will collect data, validate documents, and perform risk assessments using multiple screening tools to ensure compliance with internal policies.

The role requires collaboration with Front Office and a minimum three days in the office per week, with opportunities to participate in training and development programs offered by State Street.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering / know-your-customer regulations and processes.
• Very good language skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform Know Your Customer due diligence prior to account openings and on an ongoing basis.
• Create KYC profiles and complete CIP/CDD/EDD documentation.
• Screen client names against sanctions and AS/PEP lists using screening standards.
• Source CDD documentation from internal and external sources and validate provided documents.
• Ensure quality checks are performed with 4-eyes principle and escalate as needed.
• Participate in AML training and update stakeholders on progress.
