Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o seeks a versatile Java Software Engineer to join the Missions & Insights team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end applications, bridging frontend experiences with robust backend architectures using modern cloud technologies.

The role involves end-to-end development, API design, data integration, UI collaboration, and DevOps practices, with a strong emphasis on real-time data processing and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software development experience across the full application stack.
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable frontend applications and robust backend services.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to system design and API contract definitions (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Data Integration: Implement data pipelines and optimize database queries for high-throughput real-time data streaming.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to translate wireframes into intuitive web interfaces.
• DevOps & Quality: Write clean, well-tested code and participate in CI/CD pipeline automation and production monitoring.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning and code reviews to improve engineering practices.
