Motorola Solutions Kraków is seeking a senior backend Java engineer to join the Evidence and Devices Engineering team. You will implement backend features, improve architecture, and drive performance and scalability across the product.

The role requires 5+ years in backend Java, experience with PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs. Hybrid work mode, Polish relocation available, and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development with core Java/JDK
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience designing high-performance, multithreaded systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM technologies like Hibernate/JPA
• Proficient in automated testing (JUnit) and debugging techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork in an Agile environment
• Communicative English required
