Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking an experienced Engineer for the Intelligent Middleware team. The role starts with DevOps automation and CI/CD excellence, expanding into active product development by merging infrastructure automation with JAVA backend work.

You will help shape both how software is built and what is built. The position requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Jenkins and Ansible skills, and openness to a hybrid Code+Ops environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Software Engineering
• Proficient with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
• Experience with Ansible (IaC)
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Familiarity with Docker and orchestration concepts
• Nice to have AWS cloud experience
• Solid JAVA knowledge
• Understanding of Windows OS internals
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (Code + Ops)

Responsabilidades

• Automate software delivery (CI/CD) and infrastructure.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code (Ansible/Scripts).
• Gradually own changes in the JAVA component within the IMW backend.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure scalability and quality.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to speed up refactoring and documentation.
