People More in Kraków seeks a Java Software Engineer to design reliable solutions and contribute to cross‑functional projects across frontend, backend, and mobile domains. You will work in a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, collaborating with global clients and internal teams.

The role requires 4+ years of Java experience, strong knowledge of microservices and Spring Boot, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience developing and supporting distributed systems written in Java.
• Ability to design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Good knowledge of current Java technologies, frameworks, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Ansible, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD automation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly to people from different teams.
• Ability to work with teams across regions and consider the needs of the wider organisation.
• A structured and independent approach to work, with a focus on results.
• Very good English and Polish.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Kraków: 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:
