People More in Kraków is seeking a DevOps & Integration Engineer to support deployments for client projects. You will install and maintain cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, deploy containerized environments, and manage databases and messaging systems.

Remote work is possible with occasional travel for customer implementations. The role expects strong Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud experience, and scripting skills (Bash, Python).

Qualifications

Experience administering Linux environments.
Hands-on Docker and containerized apps.
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Experience with public clouds (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Automation with Terraform or Ansible.
Strong networking, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, VPNs and firewalls.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra.
Understanding of CI/CD and deployment automation.
Monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana/Prometheus/InfluxDB/Telegraf/Alloy.
Helm and Kubernetes Operators experience.
Scripting in Bash and Python.
Very good English and Polish.
Willingness to travel to Oman for deployments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and product teams to support deployments.

Configure endpoints, integrations, and external interfaces.

Monitor infrastructure health and capacity utilization.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, database and integration issues.
Support Docker images and deployment pipelines.
Conduct security scans and vulnerability assessments.
Participate in disaster recovery and failover activities.
Prepare technical documentation and provide workshops.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for DevOps & Integration Engineer.

Your Duties Will Include

Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and product teams to support deployments and customer projects.
Install, configure, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Deploy and manage containerized environments.
Configure and maintain Linux-based systems and services.
Install, upgrade, and patch software in internal and customer environments.
Configure application endpoints, integrations, and external interfaces.
Manage and monitor PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and related components.
Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and capacity utilization.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, database, and integration issues.
Support software package creation, Docker images, and deployment pipelines.
Conduct security scans and vulnerability assessments.
Participate in disaster recovery, failover, and service restoration activities.
Prepare technical documentation and provide technical workshops when required.

Requirements That Must Be Met

Experience administering Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and firewalls.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Telegraf, or Alloy.
Experience with Helm and Kubernetes Operators.
Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Very good English and Polish
Willingness to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required.
