Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Senior Application Production Support Engineer to join the Enterprise Operations team in Warsaw. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications and strong troubleshooting across Java, Linux, and SQL stacks.

You will participate in ITSM processes, monitor performance, assist deployments, and collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Business teams to drive service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Application Production Support or Application Maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting across Java/Linux/SQL stacks and RCA abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production application support for high-throughput enterprise systems.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) on Java-based applications.
• Manage, support, and troubleshoot applications hosted on large-scale Unix/Linux server infrastructure.
• Execute complex SQL queries to investigate data anomalies.
• Proactive monitoring of performance, JVM memory/CPU, and server health with enterprise tools.
• Active participation in ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Assist with deployments, releases, and post-implementation verification.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Business teams to resolve issues.
