Job summary

Antal is seeking a Software Engineer in Kraków to contribute to FX platforms for institutional clients. You will work in a hybrid setup with 2 office days per week and remote the rest.

You will join a modern microservices stack, apply DevOps practices, and participate in the full SDLC, from design to production support. The role requires 5+ years Java fullstack experience, Spring/Boot, and strong collaboration in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Java fullstack experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications on Linux with SQL databases.
• Build microservices-based solutions for high availability and performance in trading systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and production support.
• Apply Agile development methodologies and contribute to iterative, continuous delivery practices.
• Take ownership of services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
• Automate testing, deployment, and operational processes to improve reliability and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure applications comply with internal cybersecurity standards and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support production systems in a shared operations model, including daytime monitoring and occasional out-of-hours incidents.
