Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Lead Fullstack Consultant to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications with a strong emphasis on backend development using Java and Spring, and with React/TypeScript frontend delivery when required.

You will join a technology team in a hybrid setup in Kraków, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable platforms. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps is desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 2+ years of technical team leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring.
• Create solution designs and technical documentation including UML diagrams.
• Deliver end-to-end features across backend and frontend components.
• Implement microservices and micro-database architectures with clear API contracts.
• Build integrations using event-driven architecture patterns.
• Develop workflow-driven capabilities using BPMN-based solutions.
• Ensure production readiness through logging, monitoring, resilience, and error handling.
• Develop and maintain batch processing solutions.
• Drive software quality through automated testing and code scanning.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery guidance to team members.
