Thrive IT Systems in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Java full stack engineer to help design and deliver robust financial services applications. You will work across the stack, applying microservices patterns and Spring Boot to build secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires proficiency with Java alongside other server-side languages and databases, and a strong practical mindset in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience as a Java full stack engineer.
• Familiar with microservices and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Java, Node.js, Ruby, Golang.
• Experience with major databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Degree in engineering information systems or related field.
• Prior experience in financial services/investment banking is highly valuable.
• Problem-solving attitude and focus on clean, high-quality, secure solutions.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
