ITDS in Kraków is seeking a Senior Java Microservices Developer with a focus on Cloud & DevOps leadership to modernize banking platforms. You will lead an international team, drive DevOps adoption, and implement cloud solutions using Java 11 and Spring Boot in a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with product owners and IT specialists to deliver robust microservices, build observability, and ensure reliable platform operation while coaching the Krakow team through the SDLC.

Qualificações

4+ years of distributed Java-based systems experience.
Expertise in microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate issues clearly.
Excellent business English communication.
Hands-on with CL/DevOps tools and cloud platforms (GCP).

Responsabilidades

Lead adoption of DevOps and Agile practices across the team.
Collaborate with product owners, IT specialists, architects, and management to deliver scalable microservices.
Design solutions for evolving requirements using modern Agile methodologies.
Develop and support distributed Java systems using Java 11 and Spring Boot in a microservices environment.
Apply SRE principles to improve platform reliability, capacity, and performance.
Create observability tools for monitoring, alerts, incidents, and capacity management.
Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery to ensure seamless operation.
Lead Krakow-based team through the full SDLC to enable continuous delivery excellence.
