Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Java Developer to join an agile team and deliver robust, well-tested solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern tech stacks. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design efficient data flows from APIs, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 4–5 years of Java experience, strong English communication, and hands-on work with Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, and Kafka. You will be part of a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Fluency in English for daily communication.
• Experience with consuming data from API services.
• Ability to define and design application tests, including negative test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of an Agile development team.
• Develop robust, clean, and well-tested solutions using modern technologies.
• Contribute primarily within core technology areas while supporting other technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide engineering input to support solution design and decision-making.
• Participate in technology communities, development days, innovation sprints, and daily engineering activities.
