Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications. You will work with Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and cloud-ready microservices, focusing on robust REST APIs, secure coding practices, and strong CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with Angular and Angular Material.
• Experience working with Kafka and SQL databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Practical experience identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities (SAST, container scanning, etc.).
• Good understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and enhance microservices-based solutions and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Analyze and resolve defects, incidents, and performance issues.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities through various security assessments.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices, automation, QA, and security.
• Explore AI-assisted tooling to improve development efficiency and code quality.
