Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications leveraging Azure cloud technologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing RESTful solutions in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the Krakow or Wroclaw office.

You will work on Java 18+, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern cloud-native architectures, with a focus on quality, performance, and security. English proficiency of at least B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 18+, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• RESTful API development with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Azure cloud platform experience.
• Monitoring and logging with Prometheus and Splunk.
• Testing with JUnit/TestNG/Mockito/JBehave.
• Kafka and REST messaging/integration.
• Security with OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security.
• English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities
