Qualifications

Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java applications leveraging Azure cloud technologies within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Please note that working from the office in Krakow or Wroclaw for 3 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development and cloud computing

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Proficiency in Java 18+, Spring Boot, and Microservice Architecture Style
• Skills in RESTful API development, including OpenAPI/Swagger
• Skills in PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Databases for database management
• Knowledge of Hibernate and JPA for ORM implementation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
• Background in Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Splunk
• Expertise in testing frameworks including JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and JBehave
• Competency in messaging and integration technologies like Apache Kafka and REST
• Knowledge of security and authentication practices using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
