Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a Senior Java Developer for trading systems in Warsaw. You will design, develop and maintain server-side Java apps, using Spring and Spring Boot, while collaborating with analysts, traders and developers to deliver mission-critical features.

The role focuses on high-throughput, low-latency real-time trading environments, with emphasis on code quality, testing, and DevOps automation within a hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong Java server-side development experience (8+)
• Expertise with Spring/Spring Boot for enterprise apps
• Experience with web app frameworks (Angular/React) and RESTful services
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with message queues (Kafka/JMS) and relational DBs
