Job summary

Envion Software in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Java Developer for a long-term engagement. The role supports hybrid work with fully remote options, focusing on high-load fintech and logistics services using Spring Boot on AWS.

You will design Spring Boot microservices, work with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS, and drive performance, resilience, and production readiness with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in the role's core technology stack.
• Solid understanding of software design, testing, and code review culture.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with clients and distributed teams.
• A pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to delivery — you flag risks early.
• Nice to have: Experience with US-based B2B clients, exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and code review tooling, contributions to architecture decisions, RFCs, or technical documentation.
