Job summary

Miratech Group in Poland is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a team delivering customized software for a large European tax administration project. You will build and maintain components using Java, Spring, Quarkus, and microservices, collaborating with a 20+ person team.

The role covers CI/CD, testing, and integration with REST/SOAP and messaging systems like Kafka/ActiveMQ, with English as a primary communication language.

Qualifications

6+ years of Java development experience.
Strong Spring and Quarkus experience.
Hands-on with microservices and containers.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
Proficient English communication.
Collaborative with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Implement software components according to the design specifications.
Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution.
Perform unit testing of software components.
Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient project progress.
Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
Participate in triage activities (incident analysis).
Support and optimize CI/CD processes.
