Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Java developer to design, develop, and maintain Java applications within a Cards Technology finance project. You will join an Agile team, collaborate with stakeholders, and focus on high-quality code and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes working in a hybrid setup across Poland with international teams, a culture that promotes innovation, and opportunities for continuous training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Java software development experience.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture, clean code, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket and Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project within the Cards Technology domain, focused on the design, development, and maintenance of Java applications supporting business services. You will join an agile environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous growth while contributing to the development of financial solutions of tomorrow.
