Job summary

Bonapolia seeks a Senior Java Developer to join a global tech team in Poland. You will build backend services using Java and Spring Boot, applying AI-assisted approaches to accelerate delivery.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, design scalable systems, and leverage AI tools to stay ahead of evolving tech requirements. Start in January for a 12+ month engagement via 0.125 FTE UoP plus a B2B or mandate contract.

Our client is a global management consulting organization serving enterprises and public-sector organizations worldwide.

Project Description:

A global technology ecosystem supporting strategy-to-execution delivery across Generative AI, cloud transformation, and advanced analytics.

Project Phase:

Ongoing

Hard Skills / Must Have:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

Technology Stack:

Interview stages:

• English check (15 minutes)
• internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour)
• client interview (1 hour)
• client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes)

Additional notes:

The candidate must be employed in company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms — up to 60 days. Work will be performed using client‑provided equipment.
