Job summary

Bonapolia is recruiting a Senior Java Developer to join a global technology ecosystem supporting strategy-to-execution delivery across Generative AI, cloud transformation, and analytics. You will build backend services using Java and Spring Boot, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and solve challenges, while collaborating with distributed teams.

Qualifications

Our client is a global management consulting organization serving enterprises and public-sector organizations worldwide.

Project Description:

A global technology ecosystem supporting strategy-to-execution delivery across Generative AI, cloud transformation, and advanced analytics.

Hard Skills / Must Have:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for software development
• Ability to use AI tools for tasks beyond the primary technology stack
• Adaptability to different technologies and technical requirements

Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):

• Python scripting
• Next.js

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

Technology Stack:

Interview stages:

• English check (15 minutes)
• internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour)
• client interview (1 hour)
• client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes)

Additional notes:

The candidate must be employed in company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms — up to 60 days. Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
