Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a team delivering a large-scale Java application for a major loyalty program. You will analyze business requirements and production issues to design robust solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and product teams.

You will own features end-to-end—from analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support—with a focus on maintainability in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Java backend experience in large-scale enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, OO design and clean code.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Understanding of architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience with automated testing (unit & integration).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Polish and English.
