Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in business and system requirements analysis and IT solution design.
• Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and system modeling.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST API, Web Services, SOA) and tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs
• Design functional and system solutions, including process modeling, business rules definition, and system integrations
• Participate in technical solution design and define integrations based on service-oriented architecture
• Support users during testing phases and coordinate activities related to the implementation of new solutions
