Billennium is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will analyze requirements, design data models, define transformation rules, and prepare specifications for development teams, collaborating with architects, DBAs, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise Data Warehouse, identifying data sources, and ensuring high quality analytical specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Warehouse / BI analysis roles.
• Strong SQL skills, Oracle preferred.
• Experience with data modeling and ER diagrams.
• Experience with large data volumes across multiple sources.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Analyze business requirements and identify appropriate data sources across multiple systems.
• Translate data needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Prepare analytical and functional documentation, including ER diagrams, data flow diagrams, and transformation rules.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and database administrators throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support the design and evolution of Data Warehouse architecture.
• Participate in solution validation and testing activities.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and completeness of delivered analytical specifications.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst.

In this role, you will bridge business and technology by analyzing business requirements, designing data models, defining transformation rules, and preparing functional specifications for development teams. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions that support strategic business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Analyze business requirements and identify appropriate data sources across multiple systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prepare analytical and functional documentation, including:
• ER diagrams,
• data flow diagrams,
• business transformation rules,
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and database administrators throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support the design and evolution of Data Warehouse architecture.
• Participate in solution validation and testing activities.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and completeness of delivered analytical specifications.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse Analyst, System Analyst, BI Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL, preferably Oracle.
• Experience analyzing and processing large volumes of data from multiple source systems.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data integration processes.
• Experience in data modeling and creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
• Ability to analyze and design business processes and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
• Experience within the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
