Job summary

Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our Kraków IT team. You will provide technical assistance to end-users, maintain our systems, and contribute to improvements in our tooling and services.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving in a dynamic, remote-first environment with on-site collaboration. As a senior contributor, you’ll guide onboarding/offboarding, manage IT inventory including devices, and partner with teams on AI & Automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
• Must be willing to work from the Kraków office at least one day per week.
• Proven technical support experience with Apple and Windows computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and improve their experience.
• Maintain and enhance our IT tooling and systems.
• Support conference room technology and Zoom Rooms.
