Job summary

Fusion Consulting in Warsaw is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to lead cloud transformation initiatives, define migration roadmaps to RISE with SAP, and steer planning, testing, cutover and hypercare activities.

You will design target SAP architecture, manage complex landscapes, coordinate with ECS, cloud providers, and stakeholders, and drive post-migration governance while upholding SAP best practices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA landscape and define the migration roadmap to RISE with SAP.
• Lead migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing complex SAP landscapes, integrations, security, and operational transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP Technology/Basis or SAP Cloud Certifications.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
