ING Hubs Poland is hiring a seasoned IT Sourcing Specialist to support the Global Procurement Team and work closely with local stakeholders. The expected salary ranges from 7,100 to 16,600 PLN.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain, engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in IT procurement, especially sourcing IT services in an international setting
• Experience leading sourcing projects for IT services such as application development, infrastructure, workplace services, and consulting
• Strong negotiation skills based on data and facts
• Experience with global contracts for IT services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with legal, risk, security, and business teams
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels
• Proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable in an international environment
• Skill in managing multiple priorities in a changing environment and dealing with complexity
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable using e‑sourcing tools and procurement systems to build business cases and support sourcing decisions
• Very good English skills (spoken and written, B2/C1)
• Strong analytical skills

Additional Points

• Certifications such as CIPS or similar
• Knowledge of third‑party risk, outsourcing, and regulations relevant to financial services such as DORA, EBA, GDPR, and information security requirements
• Experience managing complex global sourcing projects for IT services in a large international organization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, define sourcing plans, and ensure activities follow procurement policies and standards
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects for IT services, including market research, supplier selection, RFI/RFP processes, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract handover
• Manage contracts for IT services, including renewals, changes, performance obligations, and exit planning
• Support risk and compliance activities together with business, legal, risk, and security teams for IT services engagements
• Monitor supplier performance, track key commitments, and support improvement actions and governance reviews
• Contribute to the development and implementation of category management strategies for IT services aligned with business needs and procurement objectives
• Drive cost savings, supplier improvements, ESG goals, and procurement best practices
