Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience managing teams of 30–100+ people across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud, and apps operations.
• Proven track record in operational transformation and process automation.
• Fluent English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams covering infrastructure, platforms, and application operations ensuring stability, security, and business continuity.
• Build a high-performing organisation focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation initiatives across technology and process layers, enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
