Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead cloud and cybersecurity transformation initiatives in Warszawa. You will own end-to-end IT projects, balancing Waterfall and Agile delivery to meet strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT PM, strong governance, budgeting and risk skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, security and business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in complex environments.
• Experience as the sole Project Manager managing end-to-end IT projects.
• Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery.
• Experience in IT transformation, cloud or integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of Azure environments and cloud transformation initiatives.
• PMP preferred; CAPM also considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT transformation and integration projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder management.
• Independently manage projects as the sole Project Manager.
• Deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies as required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Business.
• Provide clear reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders.
