Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an IT Senior Developer to design, develop and support complex applications across their lifecycle. You will own end-to-end solutions, ensure reliability and performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.

You will work in Agile teams, mentor juniors, review code, and help drive continuous improvement. The role offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
• Solid software development experience and maintenance of business applications.
• 3+ years in IT service management and incident management, preferably in logistics.
• Experience in Agile teams; DevOps is a plus.
• Ability to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Good understanding of business and IT processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex business-critical components (Kotlin).
• Own end-to-end solutions from requirements to production support.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and fix issues.
• Support design decisions focused on scalability, performance and security.
• Review code and architecture for quality and best practices.
• Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, QA and ops teams.
• Mentor junior developers through coaching and code reviews.
• Contribute to technical docs, knowledge bases and runbooks.
