Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Senior Lead Business Intelligence professional to own BI operations and deliver action-driven metrics from Kraków, on site. You will lead end-to-end BI initiatives, develop impactful dashboards, and mentor teams to improve data-driven decision making.

With 5+ years in Qlik Sense and SQL, you will collaborate across Sales Ops, Product Management, and Supply Chain, driving standardization and continuous improvement in BI solutions while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Analytics or Data Science.
• 5+ years' experience in Qlik Sense, SQL and/or additional BI Business Intelligence related experience.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on timelines.
• Exposure to business processes, including Sales Operations, Product Management, Supply chain, or Customer Operations.

• Act as a product owner to understand the business needs and to drive end-to-end from scoping to development, user testing, and communication.
• Develop impactful dashboards using supported BI tools within agreed-upon timelines.
• Lead enhancements of existing BI solutions in an effort to optimize impactful applications and allow the business to reach measurable conclusions.
• Manage project communication and alignment across stakeholders. Up-to-date status of deliverables and documentation using Confluence, Jira, Aha, or related tools.
• Lead collaboration across teams and drive continuous improvement on standardization and simplification.

The Senior Lead Business Intelligence is responsible for Business Intelligence operations and execution to provide action-driven metrics and visualizations. This position reports to the Business Intelligence Director and is part of the Commercial Excellence team located in Krakow and will be an on-site role to cover globally.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Analytics or Data Science related experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Qlik sense, SQL and/or additional BI Business Intelligence related experience.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on timelines.
• Exposure to business processes, including Sales Operations, Product Management, Supply chain, or Customer Operations.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel for workshops and meetings when needed. Possibly once every six months.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience in IT, life science, or the pharmaceutical industry will be a bonus.
• Understanding CRM Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, GenAI and/or other BI/data mining tools will be a bonus.
