Job summary

Atos seeks an IT Architect to own the solution architecture for a railway sector client, from system analysis through documentation to CI/CD setup. You will collaborate with client teams to ensure architectural consistency, security compliance and delivery quality across all project phases.

This B2B role is 100% remote from Poland, requiring fluent Polish and strong background in enterprise IT architecture, including Sparx Enterprise Architect, VMware, SQL Server and .NET, with experience

Qualifications

5+ years as IT Architect.
3+ years supervising IT project delivery at an architectural level.
3+ years conducting system analyses.
Minimum 2 years hands-on Sparx Enterprise Architect experience.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Server, SQL Server, .NET 10+.
Proficiency in ArchiMate 3.1, UML 2.5.1, BPMN 2.0.
Knowledge of modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks and database/integration solutions.
Fluent Polish – spoken and written (C2).
Nice to have UML 2 Foundation or higher certificate.

Responsibilities

Conduct system analyses and design application, integration, and server architecture.
Create and maintain architecture documentation covering business, data, application, and technical layers.
Ensure architecture compliance with processes and security requirements.
Model and document business processes and test scenarios.
Set up repositories in TFS and configure CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with the client using Sparx EA, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
