Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking an IT Architect to own the architecture for a railway sector client, from system analysis through documentation to CI/CD environment setup. You will work closely with the client's team, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery quality.

The role requires at least 5 years as an architect, hands-on Sparx Enterprise Architect, and strong knowledge of ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, and modern tech stacks. Fluent Polish (C2) is essential; remote work is 100% from Poland.

Qualifications

Min. 5 years of experience as an Architect
Min. 3 years of experience in architectural supervision of IT project delivery (including project portfolio, across all phases)
Min. 3 years of experience conducting system analyses
Min. 2 years of hands‑on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
Knowledge of technologies and HA mechanisms VMware vSphere, Microsoft Server, SQL Server, .NET 10+
Proficiency in notation standards ArchiMate 3.1, UML 2.5.1, BPMN 2.0
Knowledge of modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks and database/integration solutions
Fluent Polish - spoken and written, min. C2 level
Nice to have UML 2 Foundation certificate or higher

Responsibilities

Conducting system analyses and designing application, integration, and server architecture
Creating and maintaining architecture documentation - covering business, data, application, and technical layers
Ensuring architecture compliance with TO BE processes and security requirements
Modelling and documenting business processes and test scenarios
Setting up repositories in TFS and configuring CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating with the client using Sparx EA, Jira, and Azure DevOps
