Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an Expert IT Analyst for the banking domain. You will design new reporting solutions, specify requirements with Product Owner, BAs, developers and testers, and ensure alignment with the target picture.

You will bridge business and IT, translate requirements, handle data flow understanding with SQL, and contribute to agile teams (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban). Fluency in English and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behaviour – experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, BAs, developers and testers.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align solutions with the target picture.
• Bridge between business and IT development team to ensure clear communication.
• Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.
• Work as a self-driven team player on multiple tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
