Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Cloud Advisory Consultant to join our Europe practice. You will lead end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects, guiding clients through HR process redesign and HR technology deployment, with a focus on AI accelerators and best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and contribute to pre-sales and practice development across multiple countries and modules.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background in HR Transformation or HR Cloud advisory.
• Experience with HR digital platforms and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
• Ability to design HR operating models and process maps.
• Proven track record in multi-regional HCM transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects across regions.
• Guide clients on HR process redesign and HR technology configurations.
