Job summary

Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on HR data and processes within S/4HANA, rather than the full SAP HCM suite.

You will define the solution architecture, ensure robust integration with SAP and non-SAP systems (including Workday), and support implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover with technical and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP HCM / HR experience and HR master data knowledge.
• Experience designing HR Mini Master (HRMM) on SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of PA and OM in SAP HCM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, IDocs, web services and middleware.
• Ability to define interface specs and troubleshoot integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP with external HR systems.
• Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration knowledge.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise and solid technical knowledge to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
The role focuses on the HR data and processes required within S/4HANA, rather than the full SAP HCM suite. You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems, and supporting the solution throughout implementation and deployment.
What You Will Be Doing

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements, including how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP and non-SAP systems, workday, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and relevant integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable functional and technical solution designs.
• Work closely with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders, providing architectural guidance throughout implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues.
• Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation.

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of relevant SAP HCM areas, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Good understanding of SAP integration technologies and concepts such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
• Ability to work with technical teams to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues.
• Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly for employee, organizational, and HR master data.

• Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns used between Workday and SAP environments.
• Knowledge of ABAP and the ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications.
