Job summary

DCG Poland seeks an Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact to lead requirements analysis for banking programs. You will gather and document business needs, translate them into features and user stories, and drive delivery across large teams in a complex landscape.

The role requires senior-level experience in banking programs, strong product knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. A Nordic bank background and Hadoop exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with T24 / Transact.
• Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large bankingorganizations.
• Professional knowledge of banking products.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program.
• Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories.
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies.
• Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform.
• Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program.
