Job summary

Cyclad seeks an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join an international team on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, translating them into features and user stories for development teams.

You will drive the requirements process end-to-end and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure understanding and successful delivery in a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office in Gdańsk or Warszawa).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Banking sector experience preferred, ideally in a large banking organization.
• Strong knowledge of statements and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join an international team working on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The project focuses on replacing local legacy banking systems with a unified Core Banking platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into features and user stories for development teams.

Project information:

• Type of project: IT services
• Office locations: Gdańsk or Warszawa, Poland
• Work model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
• Budget: 80-95 PLN net/hour - B2B
• Project length: Long-term
• Start date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability)

Your responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive the requirements process independently from collection through documentation and handover to developers
• Work closely with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Analyse complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a large-scale Core Banking program
• Quickly understand existing systems, processes, and program structures
• Support the transformation from local legacy banking systems to a unified Core Banking platform
• Work with statements and reporting-related requirements
• Contribute to the delivery of banking solutions within a complex program environment

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Professional experience in the banking sector, preferably within a larger banking organization
• Strong professional knowledge of statements and reporting
• Experience working with statements and reporting processes
• Experience working in large-scale IT transformation programs
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Proven ability to independently manage requirements from collection through documentation and handover
• Experience working in large programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Fluent English
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard into established programs
• Experience working with Hadoop is an advantage
• Experience within a Nordic banking environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
