Job summary

Cyclad in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear specifications for IT transformation projects. The role blends requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, and close collaboration with business and IT teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Hybrid work model in Wrocław (1 day in-office, 4 days remote) with a B2B contract and a budget of 90–135 PLN net/hour. Long-term engagement, ASAP start, and international IT exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for business process improvements.
• Categorize and prioritize functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Create process maps, user journeys, and AS-IS / TO-BE models.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to maintain a shared understanding of requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and alignment meetings.
• Support development teams throughout the solution design and implementation phases.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing cycles and support business readiness.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives, meet stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable value. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, process modeling, stakeholder management, and supporting the delivery lifecycle.
