Job summary

emagine in Warsaw is seeking an experienced IT/Business Analyst to join our Channels-Business unit. You will analyse business needs, translate them into IT requirements, and lead agile delivery with stakeholders across IT, Business and Design.

You will collaborate with external vendors, support testing, and help maintain high-quality deliveries. Strong English communication and banking domain knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry.
• Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs, and partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Join our Channels-Business unit and help shape the future of digital business banking across the Nordic region. Our teams are delivering innovative web and mobile banking solutions used by customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, while continuously evolving the next generation of digital banking services.

You will be part of a vibrant Channels-Business technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working within one of six agile teams and collaborating across disciplines to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products. We are looking for someone who is open and transparent, enjoys working in a team and collaborating with others.
