Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior Business Analysis professional to bridge the gap between technical environments and business needs. You will analyze IS solutions, translate requirements, and support decision-making for new or changed IS services within the Integrity domain.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, lead modelling for significant changes, and drive continual service improvement across Legal & Integrity functions. A strong BA foundation and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and business processes within Integrity domain.
10+ years in Business Analysis with stakeholders, development teams, and service delivery.
Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, ITIL, and requirements management.
Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, process optimization, and continuous improvement drive.
Degree in Computer Science/IT/BIS or related field with proven experience in business process analysis and solution design.
Proficient English communication for global collaboration; certifications in BA/Agile/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities
